Aircraft Spirals Uncontrollably into Palm Groves at Well-Known Southern California Beach
A chopper hovering near a popular coastal shoreline abruptly started spinning out of control, finally descending rapidly and crashing into a cluster of palm fronds as beachgoers looked on.
Recordings uploaded on the internet show the aircraft beginning to twirl over the beach then plunging near the border of the coast, where it ends up lodged amidst palm trees and a staircase near the shoreline route.
Rescue Operation Information
Emergency responders reported five individuals were transported to a medical facility comprising two individuals who were in the helicopter and were “safely pulled from the wreckage” subsequent to the crash on the weekend.
Three people on the pavement were harmed. Details on their wounds were not yet released.
The cause of the crash was not immediately released.

Authorities mentioned the chopper was connected to an yearly “Cars N Copters” charity gathering set for the following day.
